• Check and add chemicals as necessary

• Empty skimmer and/or pump baskets

• Backwash filter

• Clean deck and arrange pool furniture for next renters 

• Check all safety signs and gate latches
  

• Check pool heater (if necessary)

• Vacuum and clean Spa

• Drain and Refill Spa

• Clean Spa Filter

• Adjust Spa to proper temperature

• Report any Damage
